Too Many Cooks Spoil The Broth: The proverb means that if many cooks are involved to cook food, each will try to use his own method and skill. It may ensure a sort of antagonism among the cooks and the ultimate sufferer would be the food.

Hence it is advisable to entrust the cooking to one cook, after taking into consideration his professional skill. Likewise if the implementation of a project were entrusted to a number of engineers, the end result would be chaos, as each engineer would like to apply his own skill and expertise to handle the project.

It may in the end lead to mismanagement, putting the firm to a disadvantageous position. The firm as per its commitment may not able to complete the project by the target time schedule.
